Meet The Team
Stephane Naoumoff, MD
Dr. Naoumoff graduated medical school from Universite Francois Rabelais-Faculte de Medecine in Tours, France. He then moved to the French Territory Island of New Caledonia in the South Pacific where he served as a Medical Doctor for the local population for 2 years. He came to Florida in 1996 and met his wife in Gainesville, where he later completed his US Medical Residency in Family Practice at the University of Florida. They came to the Space Coast (where his wife was raised) in 2001 and opened Riverside Family Health.
Eighteen years and three kids later, Dr. Naoumoff doesn't regret his decision to go solo in Merritt Island. He loves the water and outdoor activities available to him here, and he stays fit by swimming - A LOT. Each year, he participates in the 12.5 Mile Annual Swim Around Key West!

What is a Nurse Practitioner??
According to the Cleveland Clinic website, "a nurse practitioner (NP) is a nurse who has advanced clinical education and training. NPs share many of the same duties as doctors. They perform physical exams, diagnose and treat diseases and other health conditions, and prescribe medication. A nurse practitioner must have a graduate-level degree of education."

"A family nurse practitioner provides healthcare to people throughout their lifetime. These practitioners develop long-term relationships with people in their care. They get to know them over time. Many people see a family nurse practitioner as their primary care provider."
Jennifer Hopkins, Office Manager
Jennifer considers herself a Brevard County native; she moved here at age 6 and attended Rockledge High School. After a short career in retail display and merchandising, she decided to return to her first love: healthcare. She attended the University of Central Florida, studying Biomedical Sciences, and joined the Riverside team in January of 2016. Jennifer likes to take on new challenges, and is always learning. She is a nail polish enthusiast and she loves creative hobbies like crochet. She is happy to provide insight and share health and wellness knowledge with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Alyssa B., RMA
Alyssa was adopted at 1 year old, and has lived in Brevard County her whole life. She graduated from Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. high school, and received her AA degree from Eastern Florida State College. She is a family girl, and has always looked up to her aunt who is an RN. This is what inspired her to become a Medical Assistant and joined us in 2015. Eventually she would like to work up the ladder to become an RN, but she truly loves her job at Riverside Family Health and the patients and fellow staff she works with.
Katie M., RMA
Katie, a proud mother of 2 princesses, has been around the world and back again. She grew up in Rockledge and went on to graduate from Eastern Florida State (formerly BCC) and the University of Central Florida. She enjoyed the wizarding world of theme park event and hospitality management before changing professions into health care. She graduated from Keiser University and has been in working in health care in Brevard county for 10 years. She has volunteered with various organizations such as Girl Scouts of Citrus Council and a medical mission to Tanzania, Africa.

Within a few months of moving here in 2015, she embarked on her medical career with her first job as a Resident Care Assistant. Working with people and being able to help them with their everyday life made her want to move forward and learn more in the medical field. She earned her Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy certifications in 2017, and was hired for her first Medical Assistant job in 2018. She loves her job as a Medical Assistant, and is currently studying Nursing. She is projected to complete that degree in 2026.
